•   USD 305 School season will end May 17, 2012.  Summer can be a vulnerable time for children. We will  be here to be a blessing and inspiration to our children during the summer months.  Summer WOW   begins June 20 – July 18 (four 4 weeks -no WOW on July 4).  We need teachers, van drivers, kitchen  help and recreation leaders.  Sign-up sheets are on the bulletin boards.  Please contact Pastor Smith if you are interested.

• Get ready for another opportunity for youth.  St. John’s will be hosting MADD CAMP (Music Art Dance & Drama) day camp for youth 1^st – 8^th grades - July 9 – July 20. This camp runs from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.  Look for registration to open soon!  This is a free camp with a positive environment that will challenge and develop your child.
   

• Exciting NEWS! Vacation Bible School is around the corner and this year’s planning is underway.  More  people come to know Jesus as Savior during VBS then any other church event.  VBS is July 23-27, 2012.  The volunteer sign-up sheets are posted on the bulletin boards.  For a successful VBS we need the Lord’s Blessing and YOU… That means we need you to pray for VBS and sign-up today!
